Customer Success Representative 

SwitchMyLoan is changing the way consumers experience getting a home loan in the digitally connected world and achieve great outcomes. We help consumers refinance their home loans online giving them an awesome experience . We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable customer service samurai who wants to be part of amazing company doing great things online.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing customers with fanatical customer experience and assisting them achieving their financial goals

• Lead tracking and distribution – Lead allocation using back-end systems

• Front-end client management – Answering phone calls from key stakeholders including bankers, relationship managers, and most importantly clients.

Education and skill requirements:

• Degree in commerce desirable however not required.

• Sound knowledge of lending and NCCP Credit Act

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Embracing of new technologies and a willingness to learn

This is a flexible working role, full training and mentoring provided and further opportunities available within the company as we grow quickly.

38 hours per week

Attractive remuneration and performance bonuses offered as a way of rewarding you in helping customers achieve great outcomes.

Contract Length: 1 month, with the option to extend upon review.
